The unique way in which each duvet is individually made requires the minimal of stitching in the centre rather than the heavy quilting often seen in mass-produced duvets. |
The duvet doesn't clump or need shaking and drapes around your body as a duvet should, leaving no cold spots. |
Responsible, sustainable and biodegradable. Cotton casing supports the Better Cotton Initiative. All of Devon Duvets wool comes from live sheep, from British flocks that are sheared in the late spring or summer when they need to lose their heavy winter fleeces. A wonderfully sustainable fibre as the sheep regrow their fleeces each year. |
You're purchasing a duvet that's not only truly environmentally friendly and won’t add to burden of landfill, but it also ensures that the sheep are respected and treated with care, giving you peace of mind. |
Easy Care: Regular airing will freshen your duvet, prolonging its life and performance. If a more thorough clean is needed, machine wash at 30 degrees wool setting using a wool care detergent. Gently spin to remove excess water, re-shape and air dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.
Weight & Togs: Wool has a natural ability to insulate yet release excess heat, therefore it's not possible to measure a precise tog. Each duvet comes with special ties attached which enables you to fasten 2 duvets of the same size together for a very toasty Tog.

Which weight is right for you?
You need to consider how warm you are whilst sleeping and how warm your room is. If you are a warm person or have heat flushes during the night, you may find that the Lightweight is the ideal weight for you all year round. On the other hand, if you are a chilly person, then the Medium Weight should suit you the whole year round.
Additionally, you need to consider how warm your room is. If you sleep in a heated room, then the Lightweight would be adequate for you. However, if you sleep in an unheated room, the Medium Weight would be the more sensible choice.
