Reasons for Return
Changed your mind
If you would like to return your item because you are exercising your right to change your mind, simply report that you would like to return your item to the email address listed below. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can either offer a replacement item at no extra cost or you can return your item for a full refund.
When getting in touch with us regarding your order, it’s important that you include as much information as you can about the problem. Throughout our communications we may ask you to provide images of the item and/or packaging. Please do not throw away the packaging or anything inside until you have spoken to us about the issue. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24/48 hours and we will advise you on how best to proceed.
Once we have confirmed that the item are faulty and/or damaged, you can either request a replacement item at no extra cost, or return your item for a full refund. We will cover the cost of returning the item and refund your initial shipping cost.
Some items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:
- Goods that are perishable products, bespoke, earrings or made-to-order to specific requirements
- Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, liquids) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable
- Gift Cards
Refunding your Order
If you have requested to refund your item and it has been approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund.
