If an item isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a full refund within 28 days (unless otherwise stated on the product page) of receiving your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Extended Christmas Returns
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all cancellable items received between 1 November and 22 December 2023 (inclusive) can be returned in their unused and original condition at any time before 14 January 2024, as long as your returned item meets our terms and conditions. For all cancellable items purchased on 23 December 2023 or after, our normal 28-day returns policy applies.
Returning your product because you changed your mind
If you wish to return your product because you've changed your mind, please return your item(s) unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 28 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned item(s) meets our terms and conditions.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return.
Faulty or Damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged, or develops a fault within 28 days, we can either offer a replacement or you can return your it for a full refund.
After 28 days, we’ll replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
When getting in touch with us regarding your order, it’s important that you include as much information as you can about the problem. Throughout our communications we may ask you to provide images of the item(s) and/or packaging. Please do not throw away the packaging or anything inside until you have spoken to us about the issue. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 to 36 hours and we will advise you on how best to proceed.
Please note that we will either provide a pre-paid returns label or cover the cost of the least expensive shipping method for any returning item(s) if the full order is returned within 14 days.
Received the wrong item(s)
Once we have confirmed that the item(s) are wrong, we would then ask you to send back the incorrect item(s) safely packaged, ideally in the original packaging. Once we have confirmation that the incorrect item(s) are on their way, we will then send out the correct item(s).
Please note that we will either provide a pre-paid returns label or cover the cost of the least expensive shipping method for any returning item(s). The item(s) must be unused and in original condition.
Items that cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:
- Products that are handmade to order, personalised for you or made-to-order to specific requirements
- Items you received over 28 days ago
- Gift Cards
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Face coverings or masks
- Personal or Beauty items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, liquids) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable
- Personal care products (e.g. razors)
- Products or packaging in poor condition
Terms & Conditions of our policy
By original or unused condition, we mean:
- You’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price
- You haven’t used the product
Please note that if you return item(s) which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
Refunding your order
If you have requested to refund your item(s) and it has been approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for this to process.
