If an item isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a full refund within 28 days of receiving your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning your product because you changed your mind

Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 28 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can either offer a replacement item or you can return your items for a full refund.

When getting in touch with us regarding your order, it’s important that you include as much information as you can about the problem. Throughout our communications we may ask you to provide images of the items and/or packaging. Please do not throw away the packaging or anything inside until you have spoken to us about the issue. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24/48 hours and we will advise you on how best to proceed.

Please note that we will only cover the cost of the least expensive shipping method for any returning items if the full order is returned within 14 days.

Received the wrong items

Once we have confirmed that the items are wrong, we would then ask you to send back the incorrect items safely packaged, ideally in the original packaging, once we have confirmation that the incorrect items are on their way, we will then send out the correct items.

Please note that we will only cover the cost of the least expensive shipping method for any returning items.

Items that cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:

  • Goods that are perishable products that contain food products (eg. Hampers) or which have an expiry date
  • Products that are personalised for you or made-to-order to specific requirements
  • Items you received over 28 days ago
  • Gift Cards
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
    • Earrings
    • Face coverings or masks
    • Brushes
    • Combs
    • Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, liquids) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable
    • Beauty products where the seal is broken
    • Personal care products (e.g. razors)
  • Products or packaging in poor condition

Terms & Conditions of our policy

By original or unused condition, we mean:

  • You’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price 
  • You haven’t used the product 

Please note that if you return items which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.  

Refunding your Order

If you have requested to refund your items and it has been approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method once we have received the returned items. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund.
