How to chat with us

How to email us
If our support chat is out of hours or you simply prefer to use email, then you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or Submit a Request and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 to 36 hours.
Be sure to provide as much information as you can when emailing us. For example your full name, order number (if relevant) or any other relevant information as this will help our team best deal with your queries.
