How to contact us

The majority of the items on our site are listed and sent directly by us, but some are listed and sent directly to you from the British brands that make them. So, if you have any questions about your order, the best way to resolve your query is to either,

  • go straight to your account order page (if you have an account with us), click on the order, scroll down and click the 'Contact Us' button.
  • or you can go directly to the product page your are enquiring about, navigate to the Delivery & Returns Tab and click on the 'Contact Us' button.

These options will generate a form that will either, go directly to us if we list the item, or directly to the British brand who list and make the item.

How to chat with us

Between 09:30 and 16:30, Monday to Friday, you can chat with our friendly team by tapping the 'chat' button below. They will always do their absolute  best to answer any questions you may have!

How to email us

If our support chat is out of hours or you simply prefer to use email, then you can send us an email at support@greatbritishproducts.co.uk or Submit a Request and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 to 36 hours.

Be sure to provide as much information as you can when emailing us. For example your full name, order number (if relevant) or any other relevant information as this will help our team best deal with your queries.
