Welcome to Badger & Birch! Where the founder and maker Hazel, creates handcrafted home and lifestyle products with a focus on artisan design, natural sustainable materials and minimising waste.
All Badger & Birch pieces are handcrafted in small batches in her workshop and studio - all from her garden in Falmouth, Cornwall. She had a simple goal in mind - to make quality artisan crafted items for the home that focussed on natural and recycled elements.
She uses an eco-resin that is solvent-free and non-toxic. Her candles are made from 100% eco soy wax which is produced from purified and solidified soya bean oil - suitable for vegans. Her packaging is plastic-free, using responsibly made tissue papers, recycled boxes and crinkle packaging and she uses natural minerals, gemstones and crystals to add luxurious texture to her homeware design. She is influenced by the sea and changing seasons around her and tries to reflect these in the colours and textures she uses.
