    Free 1st class shipping is available on all UK orders over £30.

    Products that are Temporarily Out of Stock can affect normal delivery times. We aim to get them out to you as soon as possible but can take up to 4 to 6 working days longer than the initial delivery time from when the order was placed.

    Products with the Handmade To Order badge can affect the normal delivery times, the delivery time can be up 5 to 10 working days longer. If temporarily out of stock the delivery for these items can take up to 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the supplier.

    You have 14 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. Please note: goods that are perishable products, bespoke, earrings or made-to-order to specific requirements, hygiene products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, liquids) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
